Lose Your Spare Tire And Belly Fat Quick

 

For any weight reducing procedure there are usually two parts : diet and exercise. The basic equation to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume, but that is’s frequently not true with stubborn belly fat! Too frequently do I see people that exercise and eat healthy but still can’t come up with a way to know How to get rid of love handles. Hence I have put together 1 or 2 straightforward exercises that can be done just about anywhere for just a few minutes a day. The secret is to do it constantly and make it a daily routine!

 

Leg Lift : Lay down flat on your back and keep feet together. Slowly raise feet about 20 inches and back down. Repeat 10-30 times or until you are feeling a burn. Add a tiny pillow for comfort to your lower back. This is superb for the lower abdomen!

 

Torso Twist : Keep feet a shoulder’s width apart and your hips straight, then slowly twist your torso left and to the right. This exercise can be done with a broom or stick behind your head. Repeat 20-50 times. This exercise effectively targets your love handles.

 

Don’t forget to do these exercises slowly in the beginning, and keep up a good diet full of fiber and drink a lot of water!
